Voting Question: I can speak German and English only.Will I face a language barrier in Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria and Slovenia?

I am going to travel to those countries I've mentioned. However, I've neer learnt any Hungarian, Polish, Bulgarian or Slovenian langauge . Unfortunately, I can speak English and German. Question 1) The same as the title question Question 2) Is German commonly spoken in these countries? What about English? Question 3) Should I learn a few words of those langauges before I go ?
